Cleveland is not a band, persay. It is the side project of songwriter and guitarist, Mark Massengale. He is the only contributing artist on these songs. When reproduced live, they are done so with an acoustic guitar and voice alone. For their recorded state, there is much more added to fit Mark's vision of what a full band could do with them.
Mark has also most recently been the guitarist for Disco Sex Panda and Biteboy
