'A solo performance by Claire Cameron followed and the quality remained, with some wonderful compositions which were provided with powerful vocals and delicate keyboard playing. While some keyboard players “lose” their audience, Claire kept everyone interested and showed why many people class her as the best female-keyboard player on the circuit at present.'
-Paul Abraham, Leeds Music Promotions
‘In my experience it is not often that you come across an unsigned act with the calibre and professionalism of Claire Cameron Band. Fronting them is the exceptionally talented songwriter and performer Claire Cameron who has ability and prowess deserving of serious attention. From the moment I first heard the songs I knew that this band has talent, and not only that, they have the talent to go all the way! With Pete Nash on lead guitar, complimenting the piano lines with intricately constructed and brilliantly executed riffs the songs come alive and his musical skill shines through. This band should be an inspiration to all bands young and old, of all genre's; they show tightness and showmanship beyond their years. Obviously dedicated and hard working, Claire Cameron Band may well become a major player in the industry of show business. The professional attitude and approach of this band, coupled with the outstanding writing, live performance capabilities and slick image will ensure that they take Claire Cameron music to the masses.’
-Ex Bassist to Belinda Carlisle, Lisa Stansfield, David Essex and Nadia Davenport (previously in Brand New Heavies)
‘I have known Claire for several years and watched her blossom from an acoustic singer-songwriter to a fully fledged composer and performer. Her powerful and distinctive voice is a pleasure to hear. I have observed Claire Cameron and her Band with growing interest as their gigs bring in more crowds, and more positive feedback every time they play. Seeing how Claire has embraced her role as frontperson of a fully polished band with such enthusiasm and vigour gives me confidence in this bands’ commitment and staying power. Claire Cameron Band stands out because they interact with their audience, introducing themselves positively and performing emotive and catchy songs in an engaging and lively way. When you see these guys you feel part of their performance and it is hard not to find yourself singing along to the choruses! I'm looking forward to seeing where 2009 takes them. This band is one to watch and I would like to see them gain the recognition they truly deserve.’

'I was amazed at your songs, beautifully written, played and sung. I am now an official fan.Peace' -Chunky butt Funky
'Thoughtful, heartfelt lyrics, punchy piano, solid rhythms, electric guitar snaking in and out of powerful verses and catchy choruses; the Claire Cameron Band have it all. It’s been a while since I’ve heard an original talent supported by such a sympathetic and exciting band. Claire is not only a chanteuse of considerable charisma but a poet to boot - she draws you into her songs so that you are living the emotion she obviously felt during composition. If there’s any justice in the music biz these days ( and there may be a little ) the band fully deserve exposure to a wider audience. Comparisons? Hmm, a difficult one. Tori Amos meets Fleetwood Mac? Check ‘em out while you can still see them in the clubs and decide for yourself – they are destined for greater things.'
-Scott Hunter
Sessions: Jethro Tull, Mungo Jerry
Currently with the Larry Miller Band.
'First on in the evening was a young lady called Claire Cameron. Playing solo piano and singing well planned personal songs. Claire got the evening started in a sophisticated fashion, easing the crowd into what would be a dirty gritty night of hard Leeds music.'
- James Moy, No-TiTLE magazine May 07
'Another album release from Yorkshire proves to be a contributing factor to the widespread talent of UK artists. Production features the likes of Mike D, Skuza and Darkstar, and features guest appearances from fellow “Crack House Recordings” artists PCP and No Change. Other guest appearances include the very talented and beautiful “Claire Cameron” who lends her vocals on “Slaves” and “Demographic”'.
