raised on the radio, the first thing i remember seeing is a record spinning around. after the beatles' sullivan performance, i knew what i had to do.
After 25 years in a van, drumming-under-the-radar, with all kindsa artists and bands, coming from behind the kit as a solo artist, i believe i can do it all. it may just be possible. The now out-of-print ep "more later" (StaticOnVinyl, 2001), was intended to be a sample of the layered, quadraphenic pop to come. dividing my time between my bedraggled hometown of new orleans and a small cottage on cape cod, when not on the road, i have been slowly working on a 'follow-up'. sidelined by a hand injury in '06, i am pushing forward toward a solo release in early '09.
