"As a studio manager and owner of Omni Sound Studios in Nashville I've been fortunate to work with some of the best talent in the business. Clark is among an elite group of professionals. He knows gear and he knows what he wants in the studio. I consider it a privilege to call Clark a business associate and a friend."
- Steve Tveit, Omni Sound Studios, Nashville
"Clark Hagan was instrumental in achieving the sound to my Grammy Award winning album Almost Alone. He is experienced in the art of recording with the use of both analog and digital techniques, placing them together in a recording to obtain a natural and exciting balance.
Clark is also uniquely skilled and gifted at producing music in a way that is congruent with the integrity of the music itself while transforming it into something magic and alive as he relates it to the artists interpretation. He has an outstanding technical knowledge of music so he can manipulate the sound in a musically artistic way and his detailed training in electronics and circuitry troubleshooting allow the recording gear to be used to its full potential."
- Chet Atkins, Legendary Producer/Musician/Nashville Icon
"A most charming individual, Clark Hagan is living his dream; recording music. A star student of Bill Porter, recognized as an originator of the original Nashville Sound and Elvis Presley's longtime audio engineer, Clark's passion for music and technology combined, continue to drive him to capture new and varied sounds from both vintage and digital equipment. I never know what he will do next but I know it'll sound great and I can't wait to hear it."
- MarkMedley, Curator, Country Music Hall of Fame
"Because of his skilled experience Producing/Engineering award winning records as well as his technical expertise in recording gear, Clark Hagan knows when and how to push all the right buttons- a rare quality in studios today and an invaluable one. Clark not only knows what to listen for, but what to do with what he hears."
MINNEAPOLIS – The $1.92 million verdict against a Minnesota woman accused of sharing 24 songs over the Internet could ratchet up the pressure on other defendants to settle with the recording industry if the big fine can withstand an appeal. In the latest trial, a federal jury in Minneapolis ruled that she must pay $1.92 million for willful infringement of the recording industry's copyrights by posting the music on the file-sharing site Kazaa. Under federal law, the recording companies are entitled to $750 to $30,000 per infringement but the law allows the jury to raise that to as much as $150,000 per track if it finds the infringements were willful. The jury decided on $80,000 per song.
This is so messed up.. but nothing surprises me anymore.. The lady that they are trying to get almost $2 million dollars from is a single mother of 4! So my friends in honor of the recording industry I would like to give you the gift of new music.. Feel free to DOWNLOAD the songs FOR FREE on my page... don’t worry.. I won’t sue you ;) <img .."visibility:hidden;width:0px;height:0px;" border=0 width=0 height=0 src="
