Clash Of Warriors Championship (C.O.W.C) is a mixed martial arts organisation which opened the doors to its first show on July 14th 2007 at the ISIS night club in Nottingham with such fighters as Henrique Cesar from Brazil, Karsten Lenjoi from Nottingham and Paul Kelly from Liverpool who now fights for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (U.F.C). With the success of the first show and the people wanting more, the C.O.W.C returned for it's second show on March 23rd 2008 at Portland Leisure Centre in Nottingham with a fantastic turnout and great support from its growing fan base. After two great shows under its belt, the C.O.W.C quickly announced the third date to its shows with Clash Of Warriors 3 "Judgement Day" on June 29th at the Victoria Sports Centre in Nottingham. The third show proved that it is only getting BIGGER with a great turnout and a wonderful show, with fantastic fights and amazing fan support. September 21st saw CLASH OF WARRIORS 4: DELIVERENCE return to the Victoria Sports Centre with a line-up of great fighters. The fifth show, CLASH OF WARRIORS 5 TOUGH ENOUGH took place on March 8th 2009, and included fighters from all over the world. The main event was a title fight between Christian Smith and Mamarizoev Jahongir from Lithuania, which Smith won after coming back from a near knockout at the beginning of the fight. The reaction from the fans showed that C.O.W.C is now ready for a bigger audience and venue. The C.O.W.C has proven that it is a contender as one of the UK's favourite up-and-coming M.M.A organisations. CLASH OF WARRIORS 6 ROUGH AS HELL was held on 14th June 2009 at the Victoria Sports Centre, Nottingham, England. Because of its growing popularity, CLASH OF WARRIORS 7 "No Way Out" will be held on 5th September at a larger venue - the 2500-capacity Harvey Hadden Stadium in Nottingham, England. Fighters such as Paul Semtex Daley, Judo Jimmy Wallhead, Christian Smith, etc. will be on the card.
