Classic-Rocks formed in late 2005. Founding members Ken Seaton II and Duke Eastin had "Jammed" a few times in 2001, but nothing came of it. Following the breakup of Krank Band (an earlier band formed by Ken Seaton II) Ken and Duke looked seriously at putting together the best classic rock band around and re-live in part the glory years of Southern and guitar-oriented rock. The band had put up flyers seeking a stable drummer. A phone call was received and an audition was scheduled. In walked a long-haired man with an Allman Brothers shirt on, four sticks and one cold beer. That man was Greg Meadows. The core of Classic-Rocks was forged! Not satisfied with easy three-chord classic rock songs, guitarist Duke Eastin chose very demanding songs with arrangements and vocal ranges that required some 1,000 hours of practice before ever doing a show. Having a 100+ song catalog of the hottest, hardest and raidio friendly songs from the guitar rock era....CLASSIC-ROCKS BAND had arrived.
Hey Classic Rocks Band! Come check out the new video people are talking about. A video about one of life’s most basic struggles, namely the struggle to communicate with, understand and relate to one another. The song is called “Your Vision” and if you like what you see and/or hear, please consider telling someone else who you think will like it also. Or at least leave a genuine, heartfelt comment. Here it is now!
