I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and son. I also like playing guitar with my band and enjoy playing golf when I can. I like to play video games when time allows, which lately isn't very often.
Music
I play country music in the band, but really enjoy listening to almost any kind of music that has a good beat.

Movies
Halloween, Friday the 13th type movies have always been a passion. I'm not so much into the new gore filled flicks that think they have to be bloody to be scary. I would love to get an acting part in a good horror flick.
I also like Tommy Boy, National Treasure, Dumb and Dumber, Caddyshack, American Pies, JFK, Stir of Echoes, Austin Powers, Shawshank Redemption, Escape From Alcatraz, Fletch, Christmas Vacation, Road Trip, Field of Dreams, Titanic and Rudy.
Television
I like CSI, Lost, Grey's Anatomy and Deal or No Deal.
I also like to watch stuff on UFO's and Paranormal Activity like TAPS and Unexplained Mysteries. I like watching Golf and Football on the weekends. I grew up on Dukes of Hazzard and The Incredible Hulk so those re-runs are always fun to watch again.
Actually I can pretty much watch anything.
Books
I don't read much, but when I do I read books on true life crime events like Fatal Vision and Amityville.
I usually wait for the movie to come out.
Heroes
My mom and dad for what they've endured through the years despite having to overcome obstacles. Hopefully I'm that kind of parent so my kids can look up to me the same way that I look up to them.
My wife is also my hero for bringing our son into this world. He is by far the best thing that has happened to us so far and we are looking forward to whatever comes next.

I grew up in a small town in South Dakota. I was very active in athletics and music in high school. I was manager of the local swimming pool for a few years until I decided that it was more fun staying in a college town.
Once I got to college I met my wife and we got married when I had just a semester left of college. I've been working for a computer company for almost 15 years and have been married for almost 16 years. We had our first child in March and life has been pretty good to me.
I have one sister and she lives in tornado alley and my parents still live in the same house we grew up in.
It's nice to get home every so often to see that nothing has changed and people can still live without the hustle and bustle of big city life.
I play guitar in a country band and we play about 40 nights a year so I keep very busy on the weekends.
I like to spend my free time with my wife and son just hanging out and seeing what he will do next. Life moves fast as I've found out so make sure you take advantage of every moment to accomplish as much as possible, but still take the time to smell the roses and enjoy yourself.
