Reading is very important to me, I try to read Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich at least once a month. Some of my resent reads are John Assaraf's The Answer, Jack Canfield's The Success Principles, Eckhart Tolle's A New Earth, Anthony Robbins Lessons in Mastery, Personal Power, Awaken the Giant Within and Get The Edge and Chris Widener's Twelve Pillars.

My name is Clay Bailar. I am 49 years old, a father, son, best friend, student and debt elimination coach.
I was born in Topeka, Kansas as an only child, when I was 12 we moved to Miami Beach, Florida and then to Las Vegas when I was 20.
My most important job is that of a father to my son who is 12 years old and is the love of my life. Fatherhood is the most important responsibility to me.
My second responsibility is that of a son. I have the very best mother in the world! We have always been very close. My father traveled most of the week and then past away when I was 23. So my mom pretty much raised me by herself. My mother remarried about 15 years ago to the most awesome man in the world. I could not have chosen a better husband for my mother or a better grandfather for my son! He is the best!!!
The third responsibility I have is to be a best friend. I love being around people and helping them any way I can. I live by the great words of Zig Zigler “You can have anything in life you want, as long as you help others get what they want.”
My forth and equally important responsibility is being a life time student. I have learned more in the past few year of my life, than I ever did attending a formal school. I study a minimum of 3 hours a day on personal development and it has changed my world!!
The fifth responsibility: I have never been afraid of work. I have done everything from working with Home Land Security, through the Department of Energy at the Nevada test site to being a blackjack and crap dealer on the strip here in Las Vegas. I am so passionate about what I do for a living!!! I’m a debt elimination coach; I’m an Independent agent with an awesome company out of Utah. We teach people how to become debt free, including their 30 year mortgage in as little as 8 to 12 years. Without refinancing, without debt consolidation and with little to no change to their current lifestyle. I have never done anything so rewarding in my life. I can’t even describe the feeling I get when I show a couple in their 50's, how to be completely debt free by the time they are entering into retirement, or showing a family with small children how the be debt free in time to send their children to collage. This really is a dream job for me!!! We are always looking for sharp professionals that want to supplement there income and increase there referral base.
