I'm also a fan of Flogging Molly, Authority Zero, Staind, Sevedust, Nirvana, Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave, Velvet Revolver, pretty much every rock band out there now.

I love martial arts movies, as cheesy as most are. I can't help it. I'm also a HUGE fan of horror movies, although the last 20 years have been disappointing in that category. I still watch all the latest "scary" movies, but most are just gore now. No suspense. I'm also a big nerd, so all comic book and sci fi movies are up my alley.

My son, hands down. He's been through multiple surgeries and has overcame more obstacles in his 6 years than I have in 26. He inspires me and keeps me motivated in the gym. His support helps me through the tough days.
