.. sooo i am jen i keep this page going Clay is my better half.. he is always busy w something.. i wanted to update my page, but there isn't much new... the old stuff about us is more interesting.. I suppose i will leave it mostly as is.. and just add this update. the last 2 years my illness has progressed. I had a small stroke (seemed big to me/tribe) on April 25 09.. my body is so worn out and i have been ill all my life in one way or another. 3 time cancer survivor and so much more. after 11 surgery's who wouldn't be tiered. so i stick with chiropractic.. nat meds and lots of hope.. not much for destructive tests/procedures .... I have seen slow improvements in some places and deteriorations in others.. I always hold hope . I am a stubborn Leo... so who knows maybe some day i will be back on stage w my honey.... miracle's happen every day. So in this life so far, i have done more and seen more then most do in a life time. in the past 15 years i have shared the love of a great family and Vincent has been an awesome part of the past 19 years. i have made my dreams in many small ways , i loved being on stage with Clay singing writing (over 40 orig songs), listening to him write music/lyrics intently and i was blessed to be a part of that.. we played on stage together from here to MO for 6 years until i needed emerg surgery i never fully recovered from.. at that time i didn't understand, Clay quit his music that meant so much to both of us.. Now i do understand he made the "biggest gesture" and changed his dreams for us.. said music is not the same without me.. I am blessed beyond words.. but i do miss the music. Clay and i where lucky enough to Work on Stage Crew for some Awesome bands including Tonic/ 3rd Eye Blind(on the actual STAGE during shows and set up/tear down 22-24 hours shifts).. I loved playing / writing w Clay and our band.. our incredible band "Cool Rain " and the sound we put out was strong/new/energetic/ full of passion, we WON the 1999 U of A Battle of the bands with our band Cool Rain.. At that time our band was three really young fun guys Andy Andy and Zack.. they where full of energy input and life added amazing zest to our sound... the young men in that band are amazing and i sure hope they are still out there playing there hearts out.. I really love time with my family.. and we have the most amazing family any one could ask for.. So any way.... i have fibro/ sciatica (damage from the surgery)/ migraines / adhesions (oh they hurt so bad when they tear/ high BP stage2 diagnosed Spring 09 and costiochondritis (swelling of the cartilage around my lungs pushes on the lungs not good) But life is still beautiful each and every day.. love gets me threw.. Until this body gives out... i am going to live to the fullest any day i can get up and out of bed.. that includes allot of music, love, photos, flowers, and pups.... so follow your heart and dreams live each second you can while you can and smile that you can do it.. smile that you are working a shit job to follow your real dreams on the side, just as long as you LIVE..... Music fanatics!!! photography GEEKKKKKKK I'm disabled for a 8 years now Clay is my soul mate. He is a very creative talented man who works hard at his business AllFrame Remodel here in town, where he is partners with our really cool son in law Matt..I have the worlds greatest family. They do incredible work.... I grew up in NJ born in PA, had my awesome son at 21, moved here at age 23 when after a visit I fell in love with Arkansas its been the best of times since. Clay is an air force brat so to speak and had an incredible life all over the US as well as in the Philippines and Europe for a while.. We have 4 amazing kids and 3 kidinlaws , 4 Grand-baby's in every way, and some extended family we chose we love beyond words.. Clay and i met at a gig his band "Cool Rain" was playing and i fell in love hard with the music and the man (and the family). Our kids where great together and so we grew together and married. Fayetteville is the shit! a cool college town packed with fun for its size. Since moving here, I have been a musician with my wonderful soul mate. we played together in his band "Cool Rain" from the day we met till I got ill spring of 2001 (met in 1994 married in 95). Clay has written over 45 songs (I got to input on a few and inspire a couple how great is that... fairy tail for me) . Clay is my STAR always. We where both newly free from a bad marriages (great for song writing) when we met, instantly became best friends and Clay gave me courage I never knew I had to sing in front of hundreds of people (something I had always wanted). Clay hasn't picked up a guitar since the day of my emerg surgery... (oddly enough I was hemorrhaging the week I was supposed to be stage crew on the Fuel hemorrhage tour here at the U of A). I am proud to be one of few female stage crew that worked for the U of A University programs, every where from loading/unloading trucks ,to mike checks and working on stage during the tonic/3rd eye blind show at University programs.. at the height of our music with incredible musicians we won the 1999 U of A battle of the bands no small feet if you know the musicians we where up against (all very talented as are many in this town still). we got to record a demo but only got three hours total, set up mix everything so we went live... then shit happens as it often dose and after a few more years of playing with new members I got ill... oh well I got to be a small infamous star, more then I ever knew I could be. I am addicted to photography (had a lots of photos used on the news and in local , East Coast and LA magazines), i draw, am learning to paint, I am a published poet (3 books and several magazines totaling 8 publishings), and Love life thought i have my bad days like every one else. Now (since illness) I am mostly a groupie as far as music goes.... , we love to SHARE with the bands that come here since they bringing us such joy! Most of our lives revolve around our awesome beyond words beautiful family and fur family ( 4 Great Danes). We had 32 foster pups in 3 yrs before having to stop volunteer in rescue due to no more room at the inn and highly support the idea of adopting any animal you want (petfinder will find you whatever wherever you want save a life adopt a pet)..... " The greatness of a Nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated" Mahatma Gandhi..... I only want honest people around me, hate head games and wont play them! Life is to short to waste any bit of it! miracles happen, enjoy life to its fullest, follow your heart and your dreams (dreams can change but never fade, and are always in reach..) .. .. .. ..

My vote for buzz song of the decade. You might remeber a vid game from the summer of '08 called "Mercenaries 2". Jen started singin' this for some reason and, well, I just had to find it online. Fun times...fun times.

2010 update.. things are not going well, a stroke last year, heart issues and i live with Medicare guidelines (can't get help though i love where i live we need improvement unless they are just thinning the herd). So as long as i can stay, (hopefully long) i plan to LIVE.
