Clayton Fletcher has performed his hilarious stand-up routine all over the USA and Caribbean. His unique blend of clean, intelligent sincerity and witty, pointed sarcasm make him a favorite among audiences ranging from suburban college kids to diverse mature urban professionals. This comic proves once and for all that funny is funny no matter who you are!
Audiences are raving about The Clayton Fletcher Show every Saturday Night 8PM at New York Comedy Club 241 East 24th Street in Manhattan. The show features some of NYC’s top comics and is headlined by Mr. Fletcher himself. Best of all, all of Fletch’s MySpace friends get half price tickets just by mentioning MySpace at the door! Check the schedule to the right to be sure that Clayton is not on the road and then head over to NYCC at 8PM this Saturday for The Clayton Fletcher Show!!!
Clayton Fletcher is also an accomplished actor, having appeared in several films and television shows. He also toured nationally with Buddy: the Buddy Holly Story and Hank Williams: Lost Highway. He is a multi-talented performer who has dedicated his life to entertaining people. This is a guy you really have to see to believe!
Fletch makes his home in NYC but was born in Baltimore, MD. He has been an Orioles fan in New York for ten years. Take pity on him.

Music
I love Notorious B.I.G. and similar artists but I also enjoy Motown stars such as old Stevie Wonder, Jackson Five, and Marvin Gaye. If the mood hits me I can definitely crank up a little Duran Duran. No, that is not a joke. Other stuff on my iPod includes Pearl Jam, Hole, Stanley Clarke, Nickelback, Rush, Jay-Z, and Chicago. So I kind of like everything.
Movies
I don't usually enjoy movies. Some of the movies everyone seems to love (Old School, Wedding Crashers, Dumb and Dumber, The Departed, the entire Julia Roberts collection) I seem to find stupid. Especially The Departed. The Departed is Retarted.
Television
I love television and I make no apologies for that. When people brag to me about how they do not own televisions I quietly scoff at the fact that they are going to go their entire lives without knowing who wins the Real World/Road Rules Challenge. Suckers!!!!!!
Books
Half Asleep in Frog Pajamas by Tom Robbins, No Limit Hold Em Theory and Practice by David Sklansky, Horton Hatches an Egg by Dr. Seuss. You know, all the classics.
Heroes
I come from a large Irish-Italian family and my heroes are all members of it (okay, Cal Ripken is not officially a member of my family). My father showed me the Artist's Way and the performing arts lifestyle. My mother taught me respect for women and how to read. My Uncle Jim taught me poker and all things Italian. My grandmothers are both wonderful women who taught me how to love. My older brother Ashton taught me how to get away with stuff and how to pimp these hos. My younger brother Rob taught me generosity and how to share. My cousin Davey taught me how to enjoy life to the fullest. My Uncle Skip taught me the healing power of a good joke and is probably more responsible for my career choice than anyone else in the world. May he forever rest in peace.
About me: I am a stand-up comedian who also acts, sings, and plays guitar, bass, piano, and poker! While comedy is my main love, I also manage to find work in film, theatre, television, and music. I perform in comedy clubs and colleges all over the USA and when I am in NYC I am the star of The Clayton Fletcher Show every Saturday night 8PM at New York Comedy Club! I enjoy life and my beautiful motorcycle, Suzie. Anyone interested in more information can find it at my website: www.claytonfletcher.com
Who I'd like to meet: Anyone, especially other performing artists!
