MySpace a place for friends

I was born and raised in Terre Haute, IN. It's about an hour's drive west of Indianapolis. At 16, I dropped by 100.7 Mix-FM and got an unofficial internship at the radio station. Basically, because I wasn't getting college credit, I was just allowed to hang out and mess with stuff at the station. A few months later, I was hired to do part-time work on the weekends. A year after that, I was let go along with a lot of the part-time staff because they got a fancy computer that played the music all by itself! I moved to Evansville, IN to attend, and graduate from the University of Southern Indiana with a B.S. in Communications. (Obviously) While I was there, I worked for six months at 105.3 WYNG playing country music for Nascar fans and guys who sit on the tailgates of their pickup trucks and drink beer on Saturday nights. Then I spent six months down the hall at 103GBF playing rock music for guys who liked to ride motorcycles and sit on the tailgates of their trucks drinking beer on Saturday nights. I moved over to Hot 96 (originally 96 STO) and eventually became the full-time night show host. I was there for nearly four years. Also, before graduating from college, I met Sarah. She moved with me to Ft. Wayne, IN so I could take a job at Hot 107.9 playing hip hop music. That lasted a very long 10 months. While there, however, Sarah and I got married. We moved to Dayton, OH so I could be part of a new station called Channel 945, where I spent the majority of my time on a morning show called The Morning Mess. We won for a while, then we lost for a while. Oh well...it was fun. And during that two years, Sarah and I had our daughter Chloe. In the Spring of '07, I took an opportunity to work for 94.9 The Sound in Cincinnati, where I hosted mornings for 20 months. Our second child, a boy named Clayton, was born in July. I spend a lot of time on the internet, love Family Guy, a few video games here and there, and really love spending time with my family.
