It’s a shocking trilogy of twists and turns for a senior attending her last year of college at U.C. Berkeley, in Berkeley, CA. The last year of college for this college senior, brings about major changes in her life. This all out risquè and somewhat “fearless”
individual named Ranaye Hardison, gets caught up and is out to destroy the lives of anyone who gets in her way!
Ranaye’s boyfriend, Shane Baldwin, one of the most hottest and richest individuals on the U.C. Berkeley campus, has recently been an unfaithful “adulterer” with a “too cute” childhood friend named Lisa Brooks. The affair leaves a severe scar of rage between three entangled families: the Hardison family, the Baldwin family and the Brooks family.
But who will be the one to stop Miss Thang (Ranaye) from causing so much major drama and serial killings in the Bay Area? Will it be Dean Reynolds, who Ranaye becomes deeply involved with? Or one detective hot on the case? Or will it be someone else? The list goes on and on.
Throughout all of Ranaye’s dramafied blood ridden trails of vengeance, does she make it to graduation day?
About the Author
This is C.L.Banks’ first book.
She enjoys creative writing. She took a few writing courses at City College in San Francisco, Laney College in Oakland and she did receive a graduate diploma from Heald Business College in San Francisco.
She loves to watch soap operas, comedy sitcoms, drama and suspense movies. She enjoys traveling to all places.
She enjoys spending time at home with her family and close friends. She loves to go out to concerts and night clubs in the Northern California, Bay Area, where she lives.
She has met a few people in the law profession, authors and business entreprenours through business relationships. She has contributed to donating computers to organizations and schools. She loves to laugh, enjoys life as she knows it and enjoys a spiritual relationship with her Lord, Jesus Christ.
She was inspired by her faith and trust in close, friends, family and her Lord, Jesus Christ to “follow her dreams”, “keep on writing don’t stop” and she did just that when completing this first book.

She flips open her pocket knife. “Your dead, man.” “Your dead.” “I got
you now.” “Just like everyone else who’s gotten in my way!” “I’ll get
you now!” “You’re a dead man!” Ranaye sits on the couch next to the dean.
She is now seated on top of the Dean (face front). The pocket knife goes
to his throat. She’s ready to stab his throat with the pocket knife.
She pulls her face in close to the Dean’s face. The Dean is now
starting to sweat. “Yes, get ready baby. Get ready to see and feel my
acts of rage.” She ready to stab the Dean with the knife, but she stops.
Ranaye pulls the knife away from the Dean throat and puts it in her
pants pocket. She looks back at the Dean and kisses him on the cheeck.
She smiles at the Dean. “Ok, Deanster, so do I need help or what?”
Ranaye raises up from sitting on top of the Dean and walks over to
the chair where the Dean usually sits and picks up his notepad and
pen and puts it in her hand. She looks over at the Dean seated on
the couch wiping the sweat away from his face. Ranaye positions
herself in the dean’s chair and then crosses her legs. She clears
her throat. “We’ll Dean, tell me something about yourself?
Tell, me how it all got started with you being a dean?"
Ranaye starts to giggle and then laugh. The Dean gets up from the
couch and slowly walks over to the wet bar to pour himself a
good stiff drink. She is still laughing and she watches the Dean’s
every move at the wet bar. Ranaye can’t stop laughing. “We’ll Dean
doesn’t all my senseless rage prove to you that I need help?”
“I’m out to hurt people who reject me, sir! I’m out to hurt women
who steal my men, sir! That’s the problem, right Dean?” Dean
Reynolds ignores Ranaye’s senseless behavior. Ranaye stops acting
like silly crazed school girl and starts to get mad at the Dean.
“Did you hear me, Dean? You better answer me man or I’m going
have to come back over there and cut you up! For sure, this time!”
