Here are the three members of Clearview. All great and diverse musicians working together. We are interested in a full time vocalist, if you're that person, send us a shout and we'll get right back to you. We all share vocal duties along with our respective instruments. We would like to thank everyone, especially our families, for all of the support over the years!
Chris Kelly - Coming from many diverse bands such as Love Hate Machine, Trampling Ivy, Studderbox, Kevorcaian, Waking Sober and Kane. Chris "Machine gun" Kelly plays many styles like jazz, rock, blues, hard rock and metal, and is very ready to blow many minds as well as eardrums. Hopefully with the creation of Clearview, he and his bandmates have brewed something up to take the scene. Are you ready to come with? - Drums and Percussion, vocals
Dave Akers - Formerly in Oblivion, Waking Sober, and Kane - Rhythm and Lead Guitar, vocals: comming from the Era of speed Metal & Trash I'd like nothing more than too try to bring back that Era!!! I'm not looking back I'm always looking foward keeping metal to its core.
Mike Allen - Ranging from thrash metal to R&B, and just about everything in between. Primarily a rock player. A fingerstyle as well as pop and slap guy, with a rare bit of picking. Trying to fuse Les Claypool, Marcus Miller, and Cliff Burton into a single package, still haven't gotten there yet. Have had the pleasure to play with many good people in the Fredericksburg area. Formerly in Oblivion, Tilted, Waking Sober, and Kane - fretted and fretless four and five string electric Bass, vocals
Formerly the band "Kane" back in 2008. Little change in personnel and a new name!
We're returning to the core members of the band. Back to the trio that started it all. We are interested in a full time vocalist, if you're that person, send us a shout and we'll get right back to you. Brought back together over the years from various bands in the Fredericksburg area. We thank you all for the great times and good shows! You may remember Oblivion from George St. in downtown Fredericksburg. We used to practice across the street from George Street Grille. We shared the space with another band, Mkultra. Those were fun times. We're up to date now! The original members all the way back from Clearview's earliest beginnings on Camden drive. A little older and a lot better, we're here to make some great music and have a good time!
We're on a few websites out there, Search for Clearview and you should be able to find us, look for the same profile picture;
