Hello People. I don't often use this, but now your here I believe I'm encouraged to tell you a little about myself.
Well, Im a proud Yorkshireman of 23 years. In a few months I shall be a qualified physiotherapist, where I hope to have a challenging medical career. I have had the honour of working with Sheffield United and Castleford Tigers RLFC, which have given me the encouragement to follow this career path.
In my spare time, my passions are Cricket, Poker and Raising money for charity.
In 2007, following the death of a close friend, I launched Operation Hoodie, which is a charitable appeal raising funds for Cancer Research UK. 2.5 years later, and the appeal has risen to become a national charitable appeal for Cancer Research UK. Operation Hoodie is the only voluntary formed committee to be registered nationally with Cancer Research UK. The appeal was named Official Charitable Partner of the Yorkshire County Cricket Club in 2009, and we are currently in negotiations with a worldwide leading brand for a possible revoluntationary deal.
Exciting times indeed. Please learn more www.operationhoodie.co.uk
Who I'd like to meet: In No particular order:
1. Anybody with an ability to play the game of Cricket, to bolster our team
2. Anyone with deep pockets who has a desire to help bring Cancer to a stop. If this person is you, please read my blog for details, then proceed to www.operationhoodie.co.uk
