CLEOME BOVA is a singer/songwriter who's music draws from the rich diversity of her life experiences. Inspired by a vast diasporic imprint, and a revolutionary at heart, Cleome grew up with blues elders, spent much time in Cuba, and is a supporter of the Youth and Indigneous movements. Fusing these influences with the sounds of Soul, Jazz, Hip Hop, Reggae, and Spirituals, Cleome weaves a soulful song that speaks to both the folk and urban realities of the world in which she lives.
