Formed in November 2003 when Lucas Hilbert joined Bret Ellerton, Trevor Dutton, Sonya Shaw, and Mike Plympton of Maximum Coherence. After a year of writing and initial recording, the ensemble and project remained untitled. As other commitments and the demands of various members lives increased, Mike and Lucas left the group and the project became jokingly referred to as "Climbing Mt Fuji" (a monstrous mountain to climb and an adventure as well). Currently Bret, Trevor and Sonya continue the climb, and expect to release the album by the end of 2300.
