    CLIMBING | Our Riverside facility offers the country's only collection of free standing "high ball" boulders (up to 19 ft). We also have 10 top rope & lead stations on our multi angled 32FT route wall. With our professional setting staff and top notch designs our facilities make it to the top of the list for best climbing gyms in Southern California.

    FITNESS | Treadmills, Ellipticals, Free Weights, Bench Presses, Power Towers, Campus Boards, Apparatus Equipment, and more are all available at each of our facilities. Come and hit the gym before you hit the wall. We promise our exercise sections are stocked with quality equipment, clean towels, and a NASM Certified Sports Medicine trainer to answer all of your questions.

    YOGA | Flexibility is an important component to climbing and there is no better way of attaining it but through weekly Yoga classes. Each of our facilities has a 500 SQ FT bamboo floored Yoga studio complete with soothing decor and a crisp sound system.

  • Television

    LOUNGE | The Lounge idea is exclusivly from Thresh Hold. Located on our Deck 15 FT above the gym you can go relax, watch a climbing video on the 50" Plasma, read a magazine, or even do your homework with our free Wi-Fi internet connection. Come spend all day at Thresh Hold. Oh and yes, we have comfy couches. really comfy.

    SNACKBAR & DRINKS | After you're finished climbing, hitting the weights, or just chillin in the lounge come down stairs and grab a Healthy Eat. We have organic bars, fruit, trailmixes, protein shakes, waters, and other crazy liquids. Come be healthy at Thresh Hold.

    So here's The Idea.


    I'm trying to set up a camping trip to take place some time in late April.


    I'm thinking maybe 4-19-09 to 4-22-09.


    I'm trying to round up as many fun loving people for this trip as possible.


    It's going to cost each person about $150-$175 but it will be worth it no doubt.


    Each person will be required to carry their own gear. The campgrounds are supplied with water and restrooms.



    Here's the info for everything
    The trip will be to Santa Cruz Island 20 miles off the coast of Ventura.

    We will arrive there by ferry which will cost $65 per person, round trip
    The boat has room for over 150 passengers.
