About me:

My name is Karina, I am a stay-at-home mom of three very cute, very sweet, and very funny kids. Serina, born Jan. 2006; Kristian, born Jan. 2007; and Sebastian, born Oct. 2008(Yes, I'm a very busy stay-at-home mom!) In between nap time and after the kids go to bed for the night... I make Clippies! It's my time to get some creativity out of my system! Before I became a stay-at-home mommy, I worked long hours as a Graphic Designer and Bridal Consultant. I maintained my home-business website selling invitations and accessories for every occasion. Since having my two kids, I felt the need to slow down and take things one day at a time... I wanted to do something creative, but at the same time did not want to be stressed out about doing it... I started making Clippies for my daughter Serina after I noticed how boring and cheap all of her department store hair accessories... really were! One night, my husband (a very GREAT husband!) told me that I could do whatever it is I wanted to do... that I had no boundaries and he would provide anything and everything I needed to get my Clippie production started!! :o) With his help, we came up with the name CLIPPIE COUTURE! We shopped our local childeren's boutiques here in South Florida and noticed that alot of our high-fashion custom boutiques and shops had a COUTURE line. So, we came up with the name Clippie Couture Boutique! I hope you become hooked on my unique Clippie designs as much as I have become hooked making them for mommies and their little girls.
