The duo met back in High School where Brandt Waples, known as 'Wapes', and Chris 'Concept' O'Brien were amongst local rappers. Most of the time the two were found in frequent battles and cyphas. Collaborations followed after both emcees found themselves attracted to the "Golden Era" of Hip-Hop instead of the mainstream spotlight. Since then, the group has recorded miscellaneous tracks and demos. Now, Close-Caption will put it all toghether for the first time.
