I'm just a little lost when it comes to Oscars. It's been so long! I signed onto this Oscar Lovers Forum, and found out they don't swim and the water gets cloudy if the water temp is too cold! So now I change cold water for warm every day - because Kevin didn't have a heater in there to begin with. They also said it's a bad idea to have Jack Dempsies and Oscars in the same tank and to watch them carefully (for injuries). If they fight, I'll put up the barrier screen again - but they all hate that. I love the gravel vacume! I wish I had that when I had the goldfish. I can clean the gravel and do the water change, all at once.
