Closer is a pop/rock band is made of several cheerful meetings and is constituted of 4 members who try to provide emotions, energy and sensibility in their music.
Songs are sometimes melancholic and lyrics very personal but the music is strong and touching… You only have to listen to discover our world…
Before all, “Closer” is a band of friends brought together around music. Everything started in 2003 with the band “Mates”, a pop formation, in which Sylvain Perroud (Bass guitar) and Pierre-Alexandre Riera (Composition, Lead guitar) played. In October 2006 Sylvain Perroud and Pierre-Alexandre Riera leaved “Mates” and decided to make a group with François Burnand (Drums). It is in November 2006 that Barbora Tanniger (Voice) came and joined the band to give life to the compositions of the band.

Oui, quelques projets en gestation, notamment un power trio avec Ben (basse - et voix de feu Desiderata) et un nouveau batteur. Moins sérieusement, et pour mon plus grand plaisir et défoulement, je me suis mis à la batterie (que j'exerce dans un groupe folk-rock). Bref, la musique ne s'arrête pas pour autant...
