General	I love music, the outdoors, people, animals, beauty, truth, reality, yoga, all kinds of healing, Trees trees and more trees, i really love trees, cant get enough of em, especially when they are all nekkid and bare in the winter. Just starting to grow some bonsai trees. Art and design, all forms of creastivity really.
Music	Far too many to mention them all. I love a broad range of music and will try and put together a list sometime.
Movies	Just watched the Lion the witch and the wardrobe yestarday and that was FABBO! Amazing! Magickal!
Television	Dont really do TV, do watch some comedy sometimes such as spaced, peep show,silly stuff, reeves and mortimer etc...
Books	Anything about philosophy, religions, raw food, therapies, art, design. I love to read when I get time.

About me:

Layout Provided By FreeCodeSource.com - Myspace Layouts After some research and many detours, my body consciousness and intuition is now telling me that I HAVE to have a raw food diet. It's not that I am against this, but old habits don't die easily and mine have been clinging on for dear life! Ive had an organic and vegan cooked food diet for some time now, avoiding processed foods and I think now is the time to take the leap. Ive had a bit of a wake up call recently and now is the time for me to put my plan into action. I am ready to leave behind what I once held dear and discover the REAL me! The one that has been suffocated inside for so long. I cant wait and I hope you will enjoy reading my blogs and perhaps give me a little help and guidance along the way :) Why am I anonymous I hear you ask? Well, I have been known to lack confidence from time to time and I feel better initially, being anonymous. I do hope to recover some of my buried confidence quite quickly though so them I shall emerge from my closet! Much Love Ciao for now!

Raw Food Wales	Feb 16 2007 6:26 PM hey RAAAAWWW! Thanks for the lovely comments : ) The carrot cake is super sweet, but it's pretty simple. Here it is! RAW CARROT CAKE: 2/3 carrots finely chopped (in a processor). 3/4 cup chopped medjool dates (rinsed not soaked). 1 tbsp - 1/4 cup agave nectar or raw honey (depending on how sweet you like ). mix this all together and make a cake shape, or little balls. Topping: 2 cups soaked cashews (4-5 hours soaking) Juice of one orange Squeeze of lemon *Teeny bit vanilla (essence or pod seeds) Blend it all up, and decorate yer cake! You can add crushed almonds to the cake base as well to thicken it and lessen the sweet taste. Have a good day (and cake) :)) Raw Food Wales
