In the summer of 2005, Ian Key and A.J. Moore started writing for their first project, Missouri Indie Rock band Better Left Behind. The group completed two separate demos, and in 2006, a six song EP entitled "Caught Up In Your Games." The year of 2008 brought bigger and better things for the band. With a new name, new members, and a brand new musical identity, Cloud City finished their debut EP "Everything Is Getting Colder." The debut features five songs including their single "Swimming." This release stimulated an online buzz which encouraged the band to hit the road. They are busy writing new material and are looking to complete a full-length album sometime in 2009.
