Influences:
Final Fantasy and Square Enix in general! I've always love their games, and their music. I actually plan on becoming a game designer one day. I already have an idea of one and it's sequel. It's called Eternal Remien! But, I might changed it, because people seem to have difficulty pronouncing "Remien". They either say, Re-men, Ray-men or something else. It suppose to be pronounce Re-main. But, whatever... ^_^
Another influence I have is space. Outer space, planets, solar systems, galaxies. The thought of it make of dream and wonder what lies there. Unknown beings, unknown worlds.... simply the unknown itself. It's inspires me to write and think of ideas either for a song or an idea for my game. My favorite planet, Mars. Not sure, maybe for it's color or something else that I just can't put my finger on. But, I love space... I wanted to be an astronaut at one point in my life. But, it's too much work. Haha.^_^ I just wanna experience zero gravity, and then I wonder what sex would be like in space. lol o_O Hey, I bet you do too, if you think about it. ^_^
Another major influence is my life whether if it's a good thing or not. A crush I have, a love I made, a lost I've endure, a heartbreak, whatever it may be. It will be portrayed in my songs somehow.
But the biggest influence I have is the people who listen to my music and enjoy it. Without people who listen to my music, I wouldn't be making any to show to anyone. All the positive feedback I've been getting, motivates me to create more music. I do have an my albums out in cdbaby.com as well as on itunes. Music:
I listen to basically anything... from Rock, Rap, Techno, you name it... I prolly listen to it at least once. I just can't stand country sometimes. (Sorry to those to like it.) But, it can annoy me... ALOT!! I don't have a "favorite" song or a "favorite" artist. If they have awesome lyrics, good music that I can move my head to then I would listen to it. If all the elements are there that grab my attention, it may be the chosen favorite song of the day/week/month. Until I find something else down the road.
I do have a favorite genre and that's Trance/Techno/Electronica. Give me a good techno song, and I'll be jammin' to that joint till my head explodes. HEH!

I love Nip Tuck! It's so gluesome and beautiful at the same time. Not sure if that makes sense, but whatever. I also love Heroes which I got into recently like four months ago. Also enjoy watching The L Word. I don't really watch a lot of TV. (Mostly watch DVD which was originally from TV.) In fact, I don't even have cable right now. :) Bascially I watch whatever is good.
CloudIX (Troy Jones Cabal) was born on November 15, 1988 in Iba Zambales, Philippines. He was raised most of his life in New York where he develop his love for music. At the early age of thirteen he started creating in own remixes of his favorite songs (such as Mario, Sonic, Final Fantasy, and Chrono Trigger) which he learned the fundamentals of mixing and music layouts in general. After his age grew, so did his skills, programs, methods, and quality of his songs. With the support of his parents and close friends, he was able to start creating his own music by seventeen which released his first officially released album, Guilty Conscience by Jan 11, 2007.
In the same year, he released his second album, The Rise & The Fall which is the first part of his Discovery series, on September 4. This CD was his first attempted in creating a continuous track separated in different tracks as inspired by his favorite DJ, Tiësto. The theme for the album is portraying the rise, fall and rebirth of war. Each track having its own say on the subject of war. CloudIX sometime after suffer a creative block after the release of The Rise & The Fall and went on to different creative projects. It was almost a year and half later before another spark of creativity could arise. But, due to many delays during the remainder of the year, he wasn't able to release the second part of the Discovery series, until 15 May 2009, with its subtitle as The Lost Prophesy. This album mainly subjects on life, spiritual needs, technology on life, and its influences. During the time before the release of The Lost Prophesy, CloudIX starting getting back in creating remix rather than focusing on creating original pieces with such remixes from Chris Brown, Akon, Fergie, Young Love, Stefy, and Delerium just to name a few. CloudIX currently is working on yet another CD, which he hopes to get release by late November 2009, simply called, Project IX.
So, be in a lookout for CloudIX in the future and see what he has under his sleeves!
