Clouds-Outis one of the many artistic collaborations that has grown out of the long standing friendship between visual artist Jesse Hartgaves, and sound-artist Cory O'Brien.
It is centered in the idea that all art is the expression of a common experience; that such experience can be expressed, interchangeably, in any medium. It is an exercise in the cross pollination of aesthetic. That is, to make music that *sounds* like the picture, using only audio data converted from the source image.
