"The best way to describe their sound to me would be to simply call it huge...Darcy Pease is a captivating front man, showcasing the persona of David Johansen, the mystique of Jim Morrison and vocals that are reminiscent of Ian McCulloch. That sounds like incredibly high and ridiculous praise, but you have to see this band...I anticipate big things for this little band and although I've made such proclamations before only to be greeted with great disappointment, I hope this time exceptions are made because Clouds That Look Like Things really are THAT good."

"I was impressed at how well the band flowed together. They’re ability to feed off each other’s rhythms and movements proved to be a feat conquered by both the music and the band."
- Joel Chico (www.torontoindie.com)
"The music is piercing, chilling, but full of brash energy. This is indie-rock at it's most haunting, most dynamic. Add twinges of UK swagger, and a bit of Toronto youthful fearlessness, this is a band that has alot of promise."
