yikes! do you know there are people out there whose sole job is to research how to create images on television that short circuit parts of the brain because our brains quickly become immune to the current images? do you know what happens as a result? we stop using those parts of the brain and when we dont use something for a while, it gets pruned off! imagine all those kids who are placed in front of a TV under age 2, which is the most important time period that the nervous system and brain are developing? there are parts of their brain that may never develop! and those are the people that are breeding, dammit! i told you i was a geek about the nervous system!

yeah that sounds awesome! it's deffinately on my list of things to do before I die, I feel rather theatrically repressed here in Bisbee with a tiny theature that's hardly used, my costumes are all sad and lonely packed up in boxes :( someday sooooon I will go out for adventures again. I don't really travel much at the moment because I have so many animals I wouldn't trust with anyone else, but deffinately want to do mardi gras one year, and I plan to take my husband on a roadtrip to where I where I was born lived for 16 years in Maine. I've heard so much from Jay H. and others about the fun people in Austin, maybe I should run away and join the circus :)
