I am a Figure champion & expert trainer, fitness model and founder of Project: Body Fitness...I am also a frequent television guest (YES, I have been on Good Morning America doing squats in a bikini!), morning show host and not that bad of a figure/fitness competiton prep coach. ;-)
I LOVE most sports: baseball, basketball...hate hockey; love gummy bears, hate chocolate...
I spend a LOT of time in the gym...it's inevitable. I love helping others to find a way of working fitness into their life. Its hard but, goodness, what tastes better than being in shape ;)
I'm TALL. I love sports...I'm a former gymast. I plan to be eighty years old and still doing cartwheels.
I was Miss Bikini South Beach 2003 and Miss Bikini Universe in 2004. I am now a national level physique competitor with the NPC!
I collect bikinis and know more about staying in shape than is humanly possible.
I graduated college with a degree in Neuroscience.
I am known as a very tolerant person. Its because I am very comfortable in my own skin and will only judge someone by the way that I am treated by them. Which is, in my honest opinion, the way it should be.
