About me: Four years on and the original, free, mid-week club night @ Cabaret Voltaire is still packed out with contented clubbers week after week!
Every Tuesday you can hear the most cutting edge breaks and drum n bass in room one and techno and electro in room two from local talent and the occasional big name guest.
DJs from Shadow Skillz, Obscene, Manga, Xplicit, Bass Syndicate, Underground Solushn, Red Star Institute, Az-Tech, Access, Fresh Air and The Skinny all play regularly plus live sets and other local DJs, keep checking back each week to see who's on!
Previous guests have included DJ Shorty, Marcus Intalex, MC Verse, Bryan Gee, Jordan V, Kraddy Ferrilla and EPOC.
Who I'd like to meet: Tuesday night clubbers with an open mind towards forward thinking music.

"The beast that is Pangea returns in September, for the next installment from Glasgow's biggest drum and bass night. A favourite among both drum and bass heads and those who just want a party, Pangea has been tearing up dancefloors in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee for 5 years. With a highly respected resident crew that has played alongside many of the leading lights in DNB and the best choice of guest dj's and mc's from the Scottish scene, Pangea continues to keep the people dancing, rinsing out sound systems but not your bank balance."
For our 5th birthday celebration we are joined by two of Scotland's premier DJ's: Dave Lowe and D-Fade. Both are residents at Edinburgh's mighty Split, and regularly play at other nights such as Symbiosis, Obscene and their new venture Touchbass. Two of the most technically gifted drum and bass dj's around, their dancefloor friendly selection is guaranteed to be a perfect soundtrack for the birthday bonanza.

Wooohaaaaa!!! Braindrop is throwing its very first boat party on Saturday 6 June.
The vessel is specially equipped to hold large groups of people (and all the extra bass bins we can squeeze on). Her name is The Dutch Master and she be a mighty fine boat too!
It's going to be ridiculously fun rinse up. However, if you think you can get away with being remotely serious and/or cool at this party - ye be mistaken. The Braindrop Boat Rave is fancy dress: Pirate's from the 80's. Arrgh...better get thinkin what ye gonna wear.
D&B / DUBSTEP / TECHNO / BREAKS / ELECTRO / HARDCORE / HIP HOP / GABBA / BREAKCORE / PSYTRANCE / RAVE... and lots more!
Tickets are £20 and you can get them from TICKETWEB.
