The comedian, whose real name is Scott Lee Russell, has a $30,000 outstanding felony warrant for his arrest. Authorities in Layton learned Friday he was to appear at Wiseguys Comedy Cafe in Ogden and asked Ogden police to pick him up during his show, said Layton Police Lt. Quinn Moyes. When officers showed up, Russell was not there. Russell, 24, is charged with three felony counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in Davis County. He was initially arrested by Layton police in September 2008 on suspicion of carrying on a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl, but those charges were referred to Salt Lake County after investigators discovered the alleged offenses occurred there, Moyes said. Court records show that Russell pleaded guilty in March to two felony charges of sexual battery in Salt Lake County. Those charges were filed two months after his 2008 arrest in Layton. As part of a plea deal, those charges were both reduced to class A misdemeanors and Russell was ordered to complete 18 months of probation and pay a fine.
