Wobble is back! Essex’s premiere dubstep event returns to the Royal Hotel for Dub Nation III where The Dubateers finally meet Jah Tubbys Soundsystem and go head to head in the main room. As most will have noticed, Wobble has had a couple of months rest. But we return... bigger and better. And this time with loads of debuting acts that have never performed at Wobble before.
Wobble dominates the middle floor with special guests coming back for a second time – BLACKSTARLINE. Back in September Blackstarline came to represent at Wobble and gave us a truly versatile performance and now return for round two.
This time around we are changing the pace and changing the style. Representing for Kool Kids Klub and having played alongside a whole heap of massive acts – THAT BOY KANA is coming to support. He’s playing dubstep, electro, hip hop and more... all in one set.
Wobble residents FUSED FORCES are backing too, this time with mic control from SUN OF SELAH and S DOT. Always coming with fresh new tracks by themselves and friends they are destined to royally smash up the middle floor as expected by all who have caught them play out at Wobble before.
Also changing things up, Wobble brings you live PA’s by Essex’s freshest vocalists JACK THE LAD and ONE WAY performing their latest work and representing for their home town of Southend.
Alongside these special guests, residents DJ MILITANT and, making a comeback DJ DOWEE play you the best in dubstep plus roots and reggae Safe Radio resident JUNIOR T warms things up with new and old roots, reggae and digital dub vibes.
First 50 girls through the door get half price entry and receive a free glass of champagne before 10.30! Entry is £8 and this gives you access to BOTH floors ALL night. Not forgetting world champion Jah Tubbys Soundsystem meets the mighty Dubateers in the ballroom, two mighty soundsystems going head to head in a reggae soundclash style event.
