One full night of wall-to-wall pop and rock played acoustically - not too loud for those that want a really good easy listening yet still very lively night!
CMC is the acoustic entertainment outfit that stands for Classic Music Covers. We play all hits all night, normally just with acoustic guitars and voices but sometimes with an acoustic bass guitar and even a sax. The team is a rolling programme of entertainers with CHRIS BERRY at the helm. Songs range from 50s (Buddy Holly) to 2000s (Fratellis) and literally nearly everything in between!
The other members, who appear on either a semi-permanent or occasional basis are: MICK CLARKE; female singer CHARLOTTE HESP; CAROLINE BERRY; ANDY MYERS & PETE GOACHER (from the melodic rock covers band FOG also with Chris); LLOYD LOCKWOOD (keyboards impressario who duets with Chris in the charity concerts SINGING FARMERS).
In the past year we have played gigs throughout Yorkshire and can be seen regularly at the ROMAN BATH, YORK; THE GAIT, MILLINGTON; & THE BUFFERS, SCHOLES.
