I love to travel and have been to the Dominican Republic and Maui. I love Maui and plan on living there some day even if its in my dreams :). I love working out, running, bodybuilding is my passion and overall just like to have fun. My family (Aili) is my life, my coaching is my life, and enjoying life is my motivation. I don't know what I would do without my friends. I moved back to MI from KY. I am glad to be home again! I graduated from CMU with a degree in Journalism. I have a minor in sports studies and coaching. It took me a long time to get where I am in life, thank goodness for GOD on myside.:)

About me:
Ok, so I am a complex individual, what can I say? I have changed my mind a million times on what I want in life, so sue me. :) I am 5'2 113 pounds, blue eyed, and have blonde hair. I did two bodybuilding shows, and never thought that dream would come true. I took the Title of MS. Belding Natural Classic in 2006, and a second place at Capital City, and 1st in Fitness and 2nd in Figure at the 2007 Grand Rapids show. I also won the 2007 Michigan Fitness Title. With all the encouragment from my fellow workout buddies and not to mention their compliments, I DID IT! I wokeup on the right side of the bed, and realized that life has a purpose. Everything happens for a reason. So dang it, I am going to live it. :) hehehheh Ok, that is me in a small nut shell. Most of the time I am not that inspirational. I love to have fun!
