Reading and writing to the local press. The Weather. | | Television | Deal Or No Deal, Countdown, X Factor, Spendaholics, Wife Swap, Bank of Mum and Dad, News & Weather, various one-off documentaries, political analysis and debate. I seem to like just about anything that is anaylising or speculating on something, whether its an overview of a celebrity's life or career, the aftermarth of the X-Factor (Xtra Factor) when they're talking about why so and so got booted out, or whether its a journalist analysing or speculating on the election results. Get the idea? | | Books | I like to read the Bible, my bible commentry, Worthing Herald, West Sussex Gazette, The Flag (a small political newspaper I subscribe to). I tend to read almost any other newspaper or magazine if I find it in the rest room at work, and I occasionally buy a What Car? magazine (though I'm not a driver - yet)
Other books: The Truth They Won't Tell You (And Don't Want You To Know) About The EU by Vernon Colman and Weatherwise by Philip Eden, an interesting book about the weather. |

About me:
I'm a Civil Servant. I live in a small top floor flat. I'm a Christian I try to read the bible often and I play guitar. I'm an active member of UK Independence Party. I run the UKIP Worthing West Branch website: www.ukipworthingwest.co.uk. I stood as UKIP candidate for West Sussex County Council in 2005 and Worthing Borough Council in 2006. I get my letters published in the local press (that's what gets me on a real high - having the thumps up from the editor!). I visit my Grandmother for a game of scrabble on Saturdays (I play her a few songs on her piano whilst she makes the tea). I might look ultra serious with no sense of humour but I do have one, its just that it has to be explained and doesn't slip into conversation easily. I try very hard to be broad minded but I am naturally a very obsessive person, and often on another planet to everyone else. I tend to spend a lot of time analysing and speculating on things. I'm trying not to use too many big words and thinking hard about how to my this page more interesting.

Who I'd like to meet:
A bedriddden 100 year old dear in a nursing home! Someone who can't walk, can't speak and can't eat, a bit like my grandmother's friend Winifred Mason was this time last year.
Na not really, only joking. I do have other ideas, I'll say more later.
