A team was created, a duo that came from the classic generation, experienced the glory days, and watched its downfall. In an era where originality is shunned and soul is neglected for gimmicks. This duo has committed itself to becoming new pioneers, creating timeless music. They are Coagulated Recycles.
Coagulation, by definition means to gather together to form a mass. In the instance of Coagulated Recycles this is no different. Take a pair of producers who share a passion for music and creativity with their only mission, to make music that expresses the same kind of heart and respect that they have for hip hop, and put them together. What you have is a coagulation of two forces, one from the north and one from the south.
JonRingo hails from Dallas, Texas, an untapped hotbed for musical talent. Coming up as a youngster, Ringos father was a musician, and had a interest in music since his earliest memories. It has been difficult task for this fifteen-year veteran DJ/Producer to mass market his original sound and style, which reflects the natural purity of raw hip-hop. Without a real supportive community for local artists in his area Ringo searched the depths of cyberspace to find a talent as passionate and as soulful as him. He found what he was looking for in a young extremely talented producer from Toronto who goes by the name, Maine.
Maine is a Toronto native who has been producing for the last half decade. Toronto is such an eclectic place with so much diversity. Growing up, you cant help but become part of this cultural mosaic. This mosaic is evident in Maines sound, classic samples and inspirational melodies. His passion stems from the simple pleasure of hearing his productions jump to life on others albums. Maine understands the business and knows his competition doesnt stop and neither does he. Sleepless nights cutting and mixing and mastering his craft is what separates Maine from other up and comers.
Both producers use their creative minds and vast musical knowledge base to influence the types of music they are creating whether it is hip-hop, R&B or reggaeton. Using memorable samples, loops and melodies, merging of styles new and old, becoming one, becoming timeless. Stay true to your heart and listen to your inner rhythm. That is Coagulated Recycles.
