Brothers and Sisters koba promotions began in the heady winter of 2003 with the chief purpose of bringing the psychedelic revolution into the 21st century.We evolved ..Harvest..for the specific ideal of creating the ultimate club event evoking the spirit of the original psychedelic age, playing everything from freak-beat to psych-folk in the live music arena.Harvest events are a multi media gathering.We started off 5 years ago in the intimate enviroment of cafe calcio we evoked an evening wherein we combined the sounds of psych with film footage,burning incense and our apointed 'flower girls'spreading the psychedelic message in a sensuround of an enviroment.The vibe was spread and as word got around the events grew in stature and popularity.
In 2009 we have found our ultimate home in the dynamic psychedelic environment of the globe. The venue was both ideally situated and suited to the needs of the event, with a decor that totally re-established the sensurround of legendary venues such as the ufo club and middle earth in london and the filmore in san francisco,but with a unique twist of it's own.A dramatic and esoteric location that must stand as the best of it's kind in the country.
Our launch night on friday march 6th (see photo page) featured incredible sets from welsh psychedelicists 'el goodo'and cosmic cowboys 'black coast rodeo'.A trip inducing lightshow and Dj sets from Andi harvest and apollo sky.The long and strange trip continues,come along for the ride.
