Hello there Cobrah's.
So! As you all know we did this frankenstein-like remix experiment where we put up all the track for city’s is at war HERE and hooked it up to a lightening bolt machine so you guys could get creative and make your own mixes.
We had so many sweet submissions that you can check out by going to the page and browsing the friends...BUT we also chose our 5 favorites and put 'em up on THIS myspace page.
Here is some more info on these suckas:: Cash Cash is currently recording their debut album, but recently took some time off to remix The City Is At War. After the band's full length cd is released they have plans to possibly remix a bunch of other Crush/Decaydance bands and make some kind of unified EP for them. Matt and Isom are a band from Colorado. They just released their new album “August Jesus Depression” on March 3rd, and you can find it for a free at www.mattandisom.com. Luke McCain is the lead singer of a band called "The New Lead Detectives" (http://www.myspace.com/ShootTheDreamer). He's 22 years old and go to San Diego State University. He has always loved rap music so he started "Blue Jean Hangover" as a side project just to have a little fun. He's not sure what he'll make next but hopefully it'll keep the party going.
Matt Haick is an accomplished producer, remixer and song writer based out of New York City. He also sings & plays guitar for a band called Hail and Fire, and writes & records music for television commercials.
