Born on December 18th, 1968 in Vienna/Austria. I startet playing music at the age of five, but I didn't get too serious about it until I got my first guitar when I was 12. Shortly after that, I joined my first band and played a couple of shows with them. Pungent Stench was my first successful attempt and we soon signed a record deal with Nuclear Blast Records in 1989. Besides playing music, I was always very interested in the technical aspects of recording and sound engineering, as well as drawing and later digital graphics. Over the years, I collected a lot of recording gear and set up my own studio, where I recorded my own projects and several other bands, too.
