Three years for a Chinese mandarin album, not too long yet not too short. CoCo never stops giving fans surprise. No exception this time. The whole album turned out to be worth waiting and reminiscing. While this CD spinning on your player, CoCo's inner feelings and thoughts were slowly unfolded and delivered to every listener. Good music has no borderlines, so hope language won't be a stubborn for you to actually appreciate and love this ablum, this precious baby of CoCo Lee.
Yours sincerely, Webmaster

Profile:
CoCo Lee was born Ferren Lee-Kelly in a single-parent family on January 17th, 1975 in Hong Kong. Later at the age of 10 her whole family immigrated to San Francisco in the USA. In the year of 1993, she graduated from high school and had a holiday back in Hong Kong, where she took part in a singing quest by chance and won the second place, with the song Run to You originally sung by Whitney Huston. There her singing career began.
Her early records were released by label Fancy Pie Records, which didn't gain her much fame until the hitting track Wo Yi Ran Shi Ni De Qing Ren (I'm Still Your Lover) came out. Her ability to give Chinese mandarin songs R&B soul and emotional depth was found and appreciated by the Taiwan talented song-writer and music-producer Yao Qian. After a few contacts and negotiations, CoCo Lee joined the mainstream label Sony Music (Taiwan). Since then her career boomed.
In the year of 1996, her album Wang Ri Qing (Former Days' Love) made her a rising C-Pop star and all the latter albums paved her the way to be one of the top pop divas in China Mainland, Taiwan, Hong Kong even Asia. CoCo Lee's music can be heard wherever on the planet speak Chinese. Her best-selling album was DiDaDi An Shi (Di Da Di Hint). While having earned a strong fan-base in C-Pop market, CoCo produced several English albums: Brave Enough to Love, CoCo's Party, Just No Other Way and Exposed. Featuring track: Just No Other Way, Wherever You Go, Before I Fall in Love, Hush, All Around the World and No Doubt.
As the first Chinese singer performing on the stage of Oscar, CoCo's singing A Love Before Time, the theme of 2001 Oscar's Best Foreign Language Film Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, made her more familiar and popular among the international audience. She then slowed down album releasing a little bit and tried different new styles in every recent albums.
In the Year of 2006, CoCo released her last mandarin album Yao Ding Ni (Just Want You) under Sony BMG label, with whom the contract was due. Coincidently around that time, CoCo came across her old partner Yao Qian in a bookstore in Hong Kong. After a few casual talks on music, CoCo signed Yao's Music Nation.
In personal life, CoCo is nice as her music. She has been engaged to Bruce, a kind business man. Their relationship has been steady for nearly 6 years. Her mother, two elder sisters Carol and Nancy have been supportive for CoCo's work. Particularly, CoCo treats her fans like family members, devoting most spare time to replying tweets in twitter. She aims to collect and understand the opinions from her fans and pop music lovers.
CoCo's latest album is CoCo的東西 East to West (CoCo's Dong Xi East to West), merging CoCo's eastern-root with her western-orientation. Her World Tour will be launched next year in 2010.
