Founded in 2001, CODE BLUE has quickly developed an enthusiastic fan base to become a leader in Bloomington Indiana’s competitive music scene. The CODE consistently draws an eclectic crowd of spectators and dancers, ranging from blues-loving college kids to the elders of the community. The band has been honored by the Indiana Daily Student and B-Town Music News for being one of the TOP 3 BANDS in Bloomington, 2 years running.
Just wanted to drop you a quick note and invite you to an Acoustic / Singer-Songwriter Open_Mic at Jake's (in Bloomington). A sign-up list is put out at 7pm, and we start at 8pm; PLUS, "Bands" will also be welcome to play and have 45minutes to perform (two slots, starting at 11pm with 15min's to set-up & take-down = 1hr.total)
We are working on having a "feature" night(s), at venues in Bloomington, Indy, Louisville, and even Nashville (TN) for the best performances ,,, Also, a great night to test out new material / tunes.

We all get the winter time blues, so what better way to break out than to get out of your comfort zone and get into the Studio?
We are reducing our rates this winter to help you musicians out. Lets get some local music out there!!! We are offering hourly recording rates of $45.00 and daily rates of $450.00, both rates include your engineer. *Once the album is finished, we can help get your music out there with promotions in and around the Bloomington area*
All set up in beautiful Stable Studios, come get a peak of where you will be enjoying some of the best live music around at our Outdoor Live Music Festivals. *more info on the festival coming soon, if interested in booking for the festival, contact Jess *
We also have rehearsal space that can be rented. If you have been to the Studio, you have seen Studio room B. (if not, check it out in our pics). You can rent the space (equip with microphones) for a total of 4 hours for only $15.00!! There's plenty of room to spread out, rehearse, and collaborate to get just the sound you are looking for. Want your rehearsal recorded?? For only $25.00 more, we will give you a recorded (un-mixed) cd of your work, so you can play it over and over to make sure you have your music exactly where you want it.
