I enjoy the outdoors, hiking with my wife and son, camping when we can. Kayaking and whitewater rafting is a new habit thats forming in my life. I'm also a student of Aikido. I've been studing for over 10 years now.

The Blues is my #1 on my charts. Not only because it is the genre of music that I play on the radio, because I love it. I don't just hear the music, I feel it. I still enjoy classic punk from the Ramones to Iggy Pop and the Stooges. What I believe to be real punk and not this "Pop Punk" that is out now. I forgot to mention I'm a "Parrot Head" I've been listening to Jimmy Buffett since the early 70's and own most of his cds.

About me: I very much enjoy being a Dj on KRVM a public radio station in Eugene Oregeon. I have a show on Weds. mornings called "Harmonica Hump Day". KRVM runs a seven day a week blues program known as "Breakfast with the Blues". I'm able to program my own show and share my feeling for the "Blues" genre. I love harmonica driven blues, but also toss in a healthy spoonful of other aspects of the blues genre, over the course of each week with seven different blues Dj's we get quite a broad spectrum of the genre covered.I'm into vampire movies and novels and have been into vampires since the 70's with "Dark Shadows".

You need to check out the new Victoria "Blowbox" Harp amp! I was instrumental in designing and getting into their line of top shelf amps. Go to youtube and search me "James Reeser" and there are a couple of recent vids featuring it.
It is a 45 watt 2X8 amp. It looks like a tweed head but yes it has 2 8" speakers in it. No one can believe such a fat rich tone comes from a little amp. It is versatile... light weight... It can be plugged into any speaker cab as it has 2, 4 and 8 ohm output taps. It also has a switch that makes it either a stock 59 Bassman if that is your tone (also for guitar if desired) or flip the switch for the harp special circuits and rich fat harp tone! And yes has plenty of power as a stand alone to keep up with just about any band.
