You will drink too much gin. Not the worst way to die, but you won't remember too much of your life. Hey, at least you made some people laugh! Take this quiz!
NON-RANDOM, CONFOUNDED, SELECTION-BIASED STUFF ABOUT MYSELF:
I'm a grad student studying social psychology with a splash of extra stats classes and some feminist theory. My latest interest is the relationship(s) between violence and abuse, pregnancy events, and substance abuse disorders. I have also been known to judge policy debate at high school tournaments (glutton for punishment) and to volunteer for various liberal commie wacko causes. I am happily married, have three canine fur-babies, and just birthed a human critter named Albert on Valentine's Day.
I CONSIDER MYSELF TO BE: Hominid. Animal. Pagan. Darwinist. Scientist. Pro-choice Feminist. Dog lover. Speculative fiction junkie. Shameless procrastinator. Music addict. Great cook. Control freak. Wife. Mother.
I LIKE TO: watch good movies, hang out and eat, drink, and be generally merry with small groups of good friends. I love driving and taking road trips. Addicted to food--both the cooking and the eating. Cooking is like meditation for me (especially if I don't have to clean up the mess), and my favorite ethnic foods are Thai, Indian, Ethiopian, and Mexican (which isn't all that 'ethnic' in Arizona...). Lately obsessed with pregnancy, birth, babywearing, elimination communication, and breastfeeding. Go figure.
You scored as Satanism. Your beliefs most closely resemble those of Satanism! Before you scream, do a bit of research on it. To be a Satanist, you don't actually have to believe in Satan. Satanism generally focuses upon the spiritual advancement of the self, rather than upon submission to a deity or a set of moral codes. Do some research if you immediately think of the satanic cult stereotype. Your beliefs may also resemble those of earth-based religions such as paganism.
You scored as Materialist. Materialism stresses the essence of fundamental particles. Everything that exists is purely physical matter and there is no special force that holds life together. You believe that anything can be explained by breaking it up into its pieces. i.e. the big picture can be understood by its smaller elements.
I live at the beach, so I wear tanks all the time. I like the shoulder or even the lower back, if it could be designed right and in the right font. A tramp stamp would be...apropos, wouldn't it? I have a gifted art student who could work out a design for me probably.
I'm wondering why my last comment had a picture of potato salad in it...message me with your flickr account stuff so I can see those pictures. If you don't, I might send you more BBQ related side item pics.
This is your chance to volunteer and have FUN by hanging out at the Planned Parenthood table at Rainbows Festival!
Volunteers are needed to work 2 hour shifts (you can do more than one shift) on either Saturday or Sunday. You can open, close or help during the day… (9:30 is open, close goes until 6:30). Just let me know what you can do!
