Sounds Like
been compared to every band at one point in time or another, but it's usually Helmet, Primus, or Mr Bungle. From time to time there's a Primus / Bungle ripoff accusation, but what most folks don't know is that no one around us, including ourselves, even had a clue who any of these bands were in 1989/1990. Then again, if you can't name one band that another band sounds like, then something isn't right.
let's see, we started the band in 1990 and still try to play today because it's all we know how to do (outside of our day jobs which we have to keep because we're not known for writing radio friendly poop - although we did have some stuff on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Six Feet Under - very odd...)
I grabbed a hold of Coinmonster's shoulders, shaking him violently. "Wake up!", I cried. "Wake up!" Tears rolled down my face as I imagined a world without the greatest unsigned rock band that I've ever known.
I beat on Coinmonsters chest, trying to resucitate him back into consiousness. I didn't know if it was going any good, but all I could think about was reviving him.
The beast lay on the pavement with his eyes closed. It was beautiful and sad at the same time to see such a powerful animal, one that I have idolized most of my life, in such a peaceful state. I wondered if this was the end of my friend, of if he was just in a state of hibernation.
Hi .. just thought I would give ya the latest public update concerning Donnie Skiffs the missing drummer from Wicked Sins in Lancaster Pa. I'm sad to say he is still missing. Dyer the guitarist from Wicked Sins and Donnies long time close friend is asking anyone who actually seen Donnie that nite around a Bar called Martini's to please contact him or the police. There is a new website dedicated for Donnie with the lastest updates and a place for others to go to send any information the may have. It's www.myspace.com/finddonnie Please past the info on and ask anyone who can to forward the info to their friends as well. Thank You for your SUPPORT. The band definately appreciates it! Remember to email with any band gigs you want posted to the weekend slide by Monday and it will be posted on Thursday Nite

Some new friends who recently saw us recommended us to your music. I'm...speechless. Something else this powerful exists in Pennsylvania?! I also must say your influences almost mirror ours. It's almost scary. We'd be honored to play with/see it in action sometime. I hope Coinmonster awakes, because it could take over the world.
Late or mid 90's, big thing was to see you guys at the Down Under in East Liverpool. Down under is no more, glad to see you are still going on! You wouldnt happen to have any old "Pain Among friends" tapes laying around you would like to sell?
Hey thanks for the add! My boyfriend RAVES about you guys and the shows you used to put on. When's the next one gonna be? We're in Akron, but would travel to see ya. Hope to see a show listing soon!
