Colapso prepara una nueva invocación sonora que refleja la angustia, incertidumbre, violencia, y frustración que viven los humanos dia a dia; alistando detalles para la producción de lo que será su segundo disco y primer larga duración, concentrando sus energías en alcanzar un sonido nuevo, potente y mucho más sólido.
Desde finales del 2003 la banda quiteña de Metal ha explorado los sonidos extremos, con una propuesta innovadora y propia, logrando ganar un lugar dentro de la escena músical ecuatoriana, teniendo oportunidad de presentarse ante varios públicos dentro del país, y compartir escenario con las mejores bandas del Ecuador y algunas de las más importantes bandas internacionales del Rock y Metal contemporaneos, y conociendo los escenarios de los festivales más importantes del país.
Los nuevos temas exploran un sonido y un concepto totalmente diferentes a lo que ellos habían realizado antes. Canciones más complejas, letras mucho más autocríticas y perturbadoras, riffs muy pesados y obscuros, blast beats por todos lados, son parte de la formula que la agrupación nos presenta para este nuevo trabajo, mostrándonos una clara evolución y a un Colapso más técnico y extremo. Actualmente la banda está grabando las preproducciones de cada canción, puliendo detalles, y alistandose para entrar a estudio entre Julio y Agosto del presente año a plasmar el trabajo de los últimos meses, y la furia que contiene.
Colapso readies a new invocation of sound, reflecting the anguish, uncertainty, violence, and frustration humans live day by day; setting up production of what will be their second release and first full length records, focusing their energies on reaching a new sound, much more potent and solid.
Since late 2003 in Quito, Ecuador, this Metal band has explored extreme sounds with a fresh approach, managing to make a mark on the Ecuadorian music scene, and having the opportunity to perform before several audiences in the country, and share the stage with bands such as The Black Dahlia Murder, Darkest Hour, Madball, Korzus, Paura, and several other excelent bands from all over the world, becoming acquainted with the most important festival stages of Ecuador.
The new songs explore a sound and concept completely different from what had come before. More complex songs, self-criticizing and disturbing lyrics, dark and heavy riffs, blast beats everywhere, are part of the formula this groups presents in this new work, displaying a clear evolution and a more technical and extreme Colapso. Currently the band is working on the preproduction of each song, polishing detail, and getting ready to enter the studio between July and August of this year to lay down the work of the last months, and the fury within.
