Проект Coldry образован в 2006 году гитаристом московской группы "Над Всей Испанией Безоблачное Небо" Андреем Сергеевым и певицей Верой Алоэ. После распада "Испании", Андрей начал поиск единомышленников для реализации новых музыкальных идей. Неодушевлённые электронные композиции ждали своего часа. Недостающей фигуркой музыкального пазла оказалась Вера. Она ярко проявилась в живом проекте DJ Винсента Вега - в составе которого разогревала UNDERWORLD, после чего и произошла встреча с АС. Свершилось Coldry!
Звуковая концепция Coldry основывается на сочетании мощнейших бас-синтезаторных и бас-гитарных рифов с танцевальными ритмическими рисунками и драйвово-мелодичной манерой пения певицы. Основной язык - английский, понятный всем в мегаполисе. Лирические герои текстов - друзья и знакомые с их тараканами и заморочками, любовью и цинизмом, компьютерами и автомобилями.
В конце 2007 года к проекту подключился DJ Markiz и Coldry начинает играть в клубах.
В настоящий момент, Coldry записали демо и сняли клип на заглавную песню Play Hard. C помощью популярных интернет-ресурсов и CD рассылки Coldry самостоятельно осуществляет PR-компанию.
COLDRY was founded in 2006 in Moscow under influence of Curve, Siouxie And The Banshees. Andrey Sergeev, former guitarist for Moscow-based band "Clear Sky All Over Spain", is the composer and performer (bass and guitar). After the CSAOS's break-up Andrey began working on new songs and was looking for a vocalist. The vocalist Vera Aloe flashed in Vincent Vega's live project, a part of a dance-music festival MX-Tronica also featuring UNDERWORLD. The festival was held in Moscow and St. Petersburg in October 2006. Vera and Andrey met in 2006, made a demo-record "Play hard" and started gigging in Moscow clubs.
