Vocalist, Bass Player and Song Writer
I try to keep to the front of my mind that the song is king - all of the time. It doesn't matter a jot how technically you can play - the song is the most important thing.
Glad to hear that you're enjoying your weekend. My Youtube channel is beachviewman. I'm in the process of putting videos of all my songs together and will gradually post up more. Here's another one I put together recently, this time with lyrics - so you can sing along!!
May be bump into you when I'm back down your way in the new year.
I'm down for the Rhythm festival near Bedford next weekend - along with 5000 other ageing hippies no doubt!
There was a time when the rock festivals I frequented were a sea of denim and psychedia - these days they're just a sea of greying hair!! I've still got me psychedelic shirts though!
Yep, I was the t++t with the camera and bent cowboy hat in front of the stage for the duration of your set last Sunday.
Andy Fenton? Name sound familiar but certainly haven't bought a guitar from him unless he has a music shop in Morecambe or had one in Stevenage in 1995!!
Moving on, I've got some very good continuous video footage of Great Pig's last 3 numbers including audience reaction at the end! I'm amazed at both sound and picture quality considering that it was taken on a £140 Kodak camera and I'm no professional photographer.
I've packaged this up with brief sleeve notes and pix and forwarded 3 copies to Malcolm Jones who should be contacting your band. I hope you like it.
I love the whole imagery of guitars and guitar players ( I have 8 acoustic guitars ands 1 electric sitting here in my studio in various staes of playability) and as you can see from my page site, they are great fun to design too - a bit like a motor car - a definite entity unlike architecture, which can be so open ended and complicated!
I love these 'hands on guitar' shots - they make great prints. so I'm thinking of framing a few of them. Shouldn't take you long to work out who the hands below belong to!
Excellent five-piece from Antwerpen playing Sony-published songwriter Pascal Deweze's songs:

Dan Plews
Award-winning acoustic singer-songwriter with collaborations including several Mercury-prize- and multiple BBC-award-nominated artists as well as U.S. and European tours under his belt. A true acoustic original:
"Energy & genius" Oxford Mail "Subtly impressive.." Musician
Karmatic
A siren-fronted young band belting out exuberant versions of songs by the likes of the Pixies, Divine and Interpol.
