Your talent continues to amaze me everyday. It's like your guitar strings are attached to my heart, I can feel your music in my bones, my soul. I am so grateful to have been exposed to your voice. Every song, every set of multisyllabled rhyming words, every falsetto note... it takes my breath away. Best of luck in your lyrical journey.

I don't know if you actually read these comments, but I just wanted to thank you so very much for being as nice and down to earth as you are with your fans. My friend and I met you yesterday at Powells and we are so thankful that you took the time to chat with us and pose for our photos.
(Note: after much editing my poorly lit picture turned out great, but thank you for being a sport and sticking with us as we tried for a better one!) Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!

The popular Folk on the Patio series continues at SPIN! this Monday night, August 25 with singer/songwriter Laura Lisbeth performing at the Overland Park restaurant from 6-8 p.m.


Music will continue at the Lee’s Summit restaurant with talented finger-style guitarist Rick Malsick playing from 6-8 p.m.


And… SPIN is starting music at the Olathe restaurant this week! Jim Abel will be playing his unique brand of folk and alternative music from 6-8 p.m. on the patio.
Come out for a great pizza, a cool drink, and some terrific music!

What a grand surprise it was to be watching the beginning of the Olympics and have a Visa commercial come on with the opening for 'The Island' playing in the background!
Loved the commercial!! (And only because of the song)
