Well we have been told we sound a lot like Girls Aloud. In addition we have influences from Gwen Stefani, Holly Valance and others.
You are now browsing the Myspace for the band of youth workers that were Collective East Anglia. A group of four Christian youth workers based in Colchester Essex. The band ran from January 2004 until December 2008. They were full time youth workers and used music (as a band) and worked in all types of schools, mainly across the south east of England. Teaching RE, Dance, Music, Citizenship and Drama lessons in schools, doing lunch time clubs and, of course weekend concerts!!!
So, welcome to Collective's Myspace! Unfortunatley, the band finished in December 2008 and are now pursuing their individual passions and are starting out on new adventures!

Guys a mirracle has just been made by God! My mates little baby sister bout few months hold was born with a heart condition she went into hospital this morning for surgery, me barbara and me mates prayed alot bout a week before and i just found out that the hole in her heart is now gone thanks to God, they didnt have to do much surgery. Isnt God great! I am soo happy! But my parents still dont believe that there is a God! But soon will.
Ohh and im doing a sponsored silence for the whole weekend this week ahhhh lol. Do you think i can do it? lol. Noone thinks i can i reckon i can, we have already raised 69 pounds, for comic relief and if we get alot of money we might be going on the actual comic relief show holding up a cheque. Aint that great?! Xx

Hey! I'm getting a lot better, but not completely there yet. I think it's flu... I've had it about 5 weeks now... grrr...

Heya Collective. well sady emma passed away on the 24th Novemeber in Great Omean Street in London. Me , Suzy , Shannon and Suzy got taked up there on the wedesday before she died to say goodbye because she asked to see before she passed away . so everyone is still upset and we are all greffing. How are you guys x ? i went to an exployers thing on friday and met lots of new people , was really nice and i'm joining . I'm also on the exlection papers for YEA( Young essex assbley ) which is really nice :] waiting for everyone to vote at the start of december i think .. :] erm also i went out with everyone on staurday night with is nice. Hey i have been really good=] Yourselves? I have got my first GCSE science on friday the 21st november, it is 20 minutes long and it a multiple choice. The reason why i have a gcse is because i am in fast track for science which means you do like exams and all that before the other sets lol. I am in top set for everything in school i am well impressed lol. It has been along time since i have seen you, i think one day you should come to my church... I Have a request please can you put a acoustic version of mind your head onto your myspace music profile please? All the peeps i met from solid all though there wern't a lot i am still in contact with them =] and hopefully they will be there next year.
