Those serving our country in the armed forces, local police/fire/emergency, teachers...in other words, people not paid a lot of money to protect and take care of us and our country.
Also, my son, who was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at the age of 6 weeks. He is always so cheerful and upbeat and happy, taking his medicines and doing his treatments as needed.
